ETHICS COMMITTEE

 It is expressly intended that all disputes and conflicts be resolved at the first point of escalation. If the parties involved are not satisfied with the action taken or if more action is needed, the dispute will be heard by the ethics committee under the following guidelines.

    1. The complaint must be in writing naming all individuals involved and addressed to the league or one of the executive board members.
    2. The president will assign an executive board member to represent the league and assist in the fact-finding process.
    3. The person filing the complaint may choose an executive board member to assist and/or represent them.
    4. The executive vice-president will chair the committee.
